16χρονος μηνύει τη μητέρα του λόγω... Facebook

Οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες μάς έχουν συνηθίσει σε υποθέσεις δικαστικής παραφροσύνης, είναι όμως μερικές περιπτώσεις που προκαλούν έκπληξη και ταυτόχρονα θλίψη και προβληματισμό. Ένας 16χρονος από την πολιτεία του Arkansas ετοιμάζεται να μηνύσει την ίδια του τη μητέρα, κατηγορώντας τη ότι παραβίασε τα προσωπικά του δεδομένα στο Facebook.

Η Denise New είδε κάποια στιγμή στο Facebook ότι ο γιος της οδηγούσε με υπερβολική ταχύτητα ένα βράδυ, έπειτα από τσακωμό με μια νεαρή. Η αδιάκριτη μαμά φέρεται να μπήκε στο προφίλ του γιου της, αλλάζοντας τον κωδικό εισόδου και γράφοντας πράγματα που ο γιος της εξέλαβε ως δυσφημιστικά για το πρόσωπό του.

Ο 16χρονος εξοργίστηκε τόσο πολύ από την πρωτοβουλία της μητέρας του, που σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες ετοιμάζεται να καταθέση μήνυση για παρενόχληση. Η νομοθεσία του Arkansas είναι αρκετά ασαφής σε αυτό το σημείο και οι δικαστικές αρχές θα έχουν δύσκολο έργο μπροστά τους, σε περίπτωση που ο νεαρός υλοποιήσει την απειλή του.

Από την άλλη μεριά, η μητέρα ισχυρίζεται πως ό,τι έκανε το έκανε για το καλό του παιδιού της κι εμφανίζεται αποφασισμένη να πολεμήσει για τη δικαίωσή της. "Δε θα το αφήσω να περάσει έτσι. Αυτή η υπόθεση θα αποτελέσει προηγούμενο για όλους τους γονείς", είπε η New.
