Ρώμη: η μεγαλύτερη πόλη σε Assassin’s Creed

Ο παραγωγός του Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Vincent Pontbriand είπε πως η Ρώμη, η πόλη στην οποία διαδραματίζεται η πλοκή του παιχνιδιού, είναι και η μεγαλύτερη που δημιουργήθηκε ποτέ για τίτλο της σειράς. «Αποφασίσαμε να φτιάξουμε μια τεράστια πόλη ώστε όλη η δράση να λαμβάνει χώρα σε μία τοποθεσία και άρα να αποφύγουμε τα πολλά loadings», είπε ο Pontbriand ο οποίος δεν δίστασε να παρομοιάσει την «αιώνια πόλη» με μία τεράστια παιδική χαρά: «Με το σύστημα αναβαθμίσεων, τις μυστικές τοποθεσίες, τις υποαποστολές, τη διαχείριση της αδελφότητας, τα upgrades των factions και τα collectibles, έτσι είναι», ανέφερε.

Παρ’ όλα αυτά η δράση δεν θα περιορίζεται μόνο στη Ρώμη. «Υπάρχουν αποστολές που απαιτούν από τον Ezio να ταξιδέψει και σε άλλες περιοχές της Ιταλίας, τη Νάπολη (love – Π.Κ.), το Μόντε Τσιρτσέο κλπ. Ο παίκτης θα έχει τη δυνατότητα να επισκεφτεί γνωστά μνημεία όπως επίσης και την ιταλική εξοχή προκειμένου να συναντήσει φίλους και να φέρει εις πέρας αποστολές», είπε χαρακτηριστικά ο Pontbriand o οποίος κλείνοντας αναφέρθηκε για άλλη μια φορά στη Ρώμη: «Η Ρώμη είναι η πιο πολυσύνθετη πόλη που έχουμε δημιουργήσει, υπάρχουν τόσες διαφορετικές συνοικίες και από την πλευρά μας προσπαθούμε να είμαστε όσο το δυνατόν πιο ακριβείς ιστορικά».
